Um dos aspectos mais marcantes das explorações filosóficas de Arthur Schopenhauer prende-se com a profunda reverência do autor para com o pensamento hindu e budista, na medida em que ambas as tradições apresentavam uma saída possível para a questão que ocupou grande parte do seu trabalho: o sofrimento.

A colaboração entre Catapulta e Svayam procura diluir a ideia duma resposta no próprio exercício contemplativo. As sombras, são, de resto, parte fundamental da viagem febril da colaboração. A síntese entre sons milenares e um beat replica um processo de exploração e reinvenção não-tradicional que é a resposta a qualquer tipo de aberração que se convencionou chamar apropriação cultural.

De Onde Vem O Eco procura ir além de qualquer tipo de fusão que se limite a juntar mundos opostos. Pelo contrário, encontra na universalidade das inquietações humanas o terreno (in)fértil para caminhar

One of the most striking aspects of Arthur Schopenhauer's philosophical explorations is the author's deep respect for Hindu and Buddhist thought, as both traditions present address an issue that occupied a large portion of his work: suffering.

The collaboration between Catapulta and Svayam seeks to dilute any answer in the contemplative exercise itself. Shadows are, moreover, a fundamental part of the feverish journey of this dialogue. The synthesis between millenary sounds and a beat replicates a process of non-traditional exploration and reinvention that is the answer to any type of aberration that was conventionally called cultural appropriation.

Donde Vem o Eco goes beyond any kind of fusion that limits itself to joining opposite worlds. On the contrary, it finds in the universality of human concerns the (un)fertile ground for walking.
